» Airing position

The LR multipoint lock gives sliding windows a new aeration position by limiting the opening of the sash to a position of up to 80 millimetres (depends on the profile series) of separation from the frame, breaking the open – closed duality.

» Public buildings

The incorporation of this new function considerably expands the possibilities for sliding windows, enabling them to be installed in public buildings where, until now, hinged systems have been preferred as they allowed some type of limited opening to ventilate rooms: medical premises, educational centres, shopping malls, airports or passenger stations and any place accessible to the general public.

In family homes, especially those with children, the controlled opening of the sliding windows guarantees a safer environment, avoiding possible risks.

» Opening sequencing

The opening sequencing is performed by turning the handle and the different locking positions provided by the cylinder offer precise control over the sliding window. The mechanism allows a variety of configurations to suit requirements:

• Locking position: the leaf cannot perform any kind of movement.

• Controlled position: the leaf is in a controlled position and limited to approximately 80 mm of the frame profile (depends on the series).

• Free position: the window leaf can move freely.

The multipoint lock consists of limiting arms that, depending on the position of the handle, connect or disconnect from the special locks that are installed in the frame profile.

» Simple installation

Installation is simple, facilitating the assembly process for the installer and reducing the time required to complete the installation.

» Different lengths

Available in lengths of 1000 / 1600 mm with 15 mm spindle with an anti-lifting system that prevents the removal of the sash when it is in the closed position and a damping stopper that prevents the leaf directly hitting against the metal frame, cancelling out the noise that occurs when closing.
