Through the initiative CEPYME500, every year Cepyme identifies, selects and promotes 500 Spanish companies that are leaders in business growth, both for their results and their ability to generate added value, employment, innovation and international projection. This year, CEPYME500 wanted to give special recognition to the five companies that have been part of the ranking for five consecutive years, including STAC. These companies presented their success stories at an event held at the Madrid Stock Exchange Palace.
Juan Carlos Fernández, Manager of STAC, explained the keys to achieving continued growth: a trained and involved team that believes in the company’s strategy, continuous investment in product and process innovation, the opening of new markets and internationalization as part of our DNA. This recognition gives us the confidence needed to coexist with the crisis in the supply of raw materials that is straining the industrial sector, with the current issues in international logistics and the lack of market stability.
Sistemas Técnicos del Accesorio y Componentes, STAC, is a company specialized in solutions for building enclosures and façades. Founded in Padrón, A Coruña in 2001, STAC currently invoices €140 million, has more than 600 employees and is present in more than 70 countries.
At our production centre in Padrón, with over 50,000 m2, we design and manufacture all our products, including hardware and accessories, Polyamide and PVC insulating profiles, EPDM sealing gaskets and all types of thermoplastics. We also lacquer all our products and have an in-house die-sinking and machinery department.
Our production centre in El Bierzo, with over 80,000 m2, is the most advanced composite panel factory in Europe. At STACBOND® we develop, produce and market aluminium composite panels and specific structural components for architecture, branding and signage, and industry and transportation sectors.
