We have developed a completely innovative new die-cutting machine. Our R & D department based the development of our new rod hole punching machine on the following premises:
» Forget the tape mesure
The new punching machine allows the rods for a side-hung or tilt & turn windows to be cut without taking any measurements.
We developed a telescopic measure which allows the user to take measurements directly on the window frame.
» Forget pencils and calculations
Traditional punches require the user to do sums to work out the discounts based on the chosen hardware fixtures.
The TFS-08 incorporates various templates which work in conjunction with the telescopic measure to directly set the discounts.
» Forget about inputting measurements
With our new die-cutting machine there is no need to transfer manual measurements to the machine.
Once the operating rod measurements have been set with the telescopic measure and using the pre-set templates you can move directly to the punching stage.
» Universal solution
Using the TFS-08 you can create any combination of operating rods for STAC’s current and future hardware offerings.
It’s a simple matter of updating the discount templates. Furthermore, any client can create their own templates.
» High productivity system for small-medium size workshops
With the TFS-08 it is possible to cut operating rods faster than even automated machines, in those cases where there are large numbers of differently sized Windows.
This is where the versatility of our machine and system really shines.

All the elements of this machine have been designed to be close to the assembly table.
The punching machine can even be mounted directly onto the hardware assembly table as it takes up much less space. This means the worker doesn’t need to move from their primary work station to cut the rods.
