Packaging designed to facilitate the assembly of large productions of tilt & turn kits.

• The advantage of industrial packaging is the reduction of installation times as the bags in which the hinges are usually served are eliminated.
• The distribution of the pieces has been designed to save time in those carpentries where there are two installation lines: one for the frame profiles and one for the sash profiles.
• Blister 1 contains all the frame leaves with the plates and screws are pre-assembled.
• Blister 2 contains all the sash leaves with the shaft already assembled from the factory.
• Blister 3 contains the upper hinges completely preassembled to the right hand side.
